aiegitim.com – Privacy Notice for Participants and Members

This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to adult participants who register on aiegitim.com, attend masterclasses and trainings, or use the platform's AI mentor "Ali". A separate notice applies to the AI Kids service for children. If this English version and the Turkish version differ, the Turkish version prevails.

4. About the AI mentor "Ali"
- Ali is an artificial intelligence; its replies are generated by Anthropic PBC's Claude model. Your messages are sent to this service (USA) to generate replies.
- Do not share other people's personal data with Ali (customer lists, employee details, identity or health data, etc.). Whether you share commercial information about your own venture is your decision.
- Ali's replies may contain errors and are not legal, financial or investment advice.

Transfers to recipients abroad are carried out within the scope of Article 9 of KVKK.
6. How we collect data
We collect your personal data electronically through the registration and payment forms on the website, your use of the platform, your conversations with Ali, event attendance and email correspondence; and in writing if a paper registration form is used at an event.

8. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the recipients it is transferred to; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request deletion or destruction and notification of these actions to recipients; to object to a result against you arising from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damages.
